We have a 30 DAY return policy for orders within North America. WITHIN 30 DAYS WE CAN OFFER YOU A STORE CREDIT FOR YOUR RETURNED ITEM(S). For orders outside of North America, we allow a 45 DAY return policy to accommodate the extended shipping time.

Due to availability and demand, we cannot offer returns on limited edition items. All limited edition items are a FINAL SALE.
Only regular priced items may be returned. All sale items are a FINAL SALE.
IF YOU NEED A DIFFERENT SIZE OR COLOUR, PLEASE PLACE ANOTHER ORDER USING YOUR STORE CREDIT.
Credit will be applied to your account within 3-5 business days of receiving your return. We will notify you by email when it has been added to your account.
RETURNS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR LIMITED EDITION OR SALE MERCHANDISE.
GIFT CARDS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERRABLE.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

If you have not received a store credit on your account yet, please check your email again first before contacting electric femme™. Please note that most returns are processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your item(s). If you still have not received your credit yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
DAMAGED, INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS (if applicable): If your order arrives damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please contact our customer service email at firstname.lastname@example.org and provide us with the information requested below:

- Product name and style
- The details of the error or damage*
*We do our best to ensure that every item has been thoroughly inspected and documented prior to shipping. If your item has been damaged please email us at email@example.com with photos showing the extent of the damage in order to initiate the claims process. Once the damage has been verified and the exchange has been approved, we will provide you with a return address and a pre-paid shipping label for the item. Once the item has been received at our facility, we will provide a replacement.
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES TO ANY MERCHANDISE ONCE THE ITEM HAS BEEN WORN OR WASHED.

If your order arrives and it is an incorrect item, please contact us via email. Once we verify that your order is incorrect, we will provide you with instructions and a pre-paid shipping label for the item. Once the item has been received at our facility, we will provide a replacement.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. Gift certificates are non-refundable.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, any returns of the product will be treated as a regular sale applicable to the regular return policies.
